PW11 Pro Max Troubleshooting

Please check the following points before contacting the after sale service.

Can not start or stop during use ● Low battery power
● On/off button is not pressed down
● Brushroll is entangled
● Dirty water tank full
● Battery pack not assembled properly
● Air oath blocked
● Recharge battery
● Press down on/off button
● Clean brushroll
● Clean dirty water tank
● Ressemble battery pack
● Clean suction air path and filter
Weak suction ● Suction inlet blocked
● No HEPA assemble
● Clean suction inhelt and filter
● Assemble HEPA
Abnormal noised ● Suction inlet blocked
● No HEPA assemble
● Clean suction inhelt
● Assemble HEPA
Spray mouth does not spray water ● Clean water tank empty
● Water spray button not pressed
● Clean water tank not assembled properly
● Fill clean water tank
● Press water spray button
● Reassemble clean water tank
Water spray out from air path ● Filter is not assembled in the dirty water tank
● Soft plastic folds under the filter
● HEPA and dust cup are put to use without fully dry
● Assemble filter in dirty water tank
● Reassemble the filter, the soft glue must not be folded
● Dry the HEPA and dust cup after washing before use
