PW11 series working time on carpet is about 40 minutes on floor and about 20 minutes on carpet. It is recommended to use Auto mode as in this mode the cleaner will adjust working power basing on floor cleanness to balance working time and suction power. You can buy an extra battery to double working time.
Yes you can buy an extra battery as the battery is removable.
The battery capacity will drop over 20% after about 500 charging cycles, so battery life time is about 3 years.If the product is more frequently used, life time will be shorter. You can buy a replacement battery when the battery capacity is reduced.
With up to 40 minute runtime on floor mode, PW11 series is suitable for medium to large sized homes and apartments. You can also buy an additional battery to double the working time and cleaning size.
It takes about 4-5 hours to fully charge the battery.
Yes. You PW11 series battery are interchagable. PW11 Pro Max and PW11 Pro use the same battery and it is compatible with PW11 except for capacity difference.
PW11 series battery can be charged separately. The charger is the same as JIMMY JV51/JV53/JV53 Lite charger. You can also order the charger from our store.
The LED screnn show battery power percentage during charging and left working minutes during working.
If product is not long idled, you can keep the charging stand plugged in sokcet. If it is to be long idled, please unplug the charging stand, remove battery from the product and store in dry and cool place.
1. Please make sure battery is fully charged.
2. 40 minutes is under Floor mode, if you use carpet mode, working time is about 20 minutes. If you use uder Auto mode, vacuum power will be adjusted according to floor cleaness and working time will change accordingly.
3. If the product has been used for a long time. Battery working time will be reduced.

JIMMY vacuum and washer does floor washing and wiping at the same time, which leaves the floor as dry as possible after washing and wiping. It is very safe to be used on all types of indoor sealed floors inlcuding sealed wood floor, tile, vinyl, laminate, linoleum, marble, and more.
1. When use it to clean carpet/rug, please press self cleaning button for 3 seconds to turn off auto water spray function first, the auto water spray sign on LED screen will be off.
2. The floorhead with clean water tank is only suitable for short hair carpet. For long hair carpet or deeper carpet cleaning, PW11 Pro Max you can use carpet brush, PW11, PW11 Pro you can order extra carpet brush for cleaning carpet.
The brushroll on the carpet brush has rubber strips, they are used to tap out dust from carpet. The rubber strips may leave marks on hard floor. It is not recommended to use carpet brush on hardfloor to avoid hurting hardfloor.
It can do vacuum only. If you want to vacuum without washing, you can press self cleaning button for 3 seconds to turn off auto water spray function until auto water spray sign on LED screen is off.
JIMMY vacuum and washer PW11 series sprays water automatically to front brushroll. Only if there is much or tough messes on floor, you will need to press manual water spray button to spray more water to wash tough messes.
There will be few water entering dust cup of the handheld vacuum when the product is layed flat to clean bed or safe underneath, it is normal if the water amount is few. If there is too much water entering dust cup, please send us video for checking.
We will recommend you to put in some cleaning solution to clean the brushroll better. Please add one cap of solution for one tank of clean water.
You cannot user handheld vacuum to pick up liquid, it will cause defect on PCB inside handheld vacuum cleaner.
It is recommended to use Carpet mode only when clean carpet and Auto or Floor mode on floor. When cleaning hard floor, if you want longest working time, we recommend Floor mode, if you want better cleaning efficiency then we recommend Auto mode as in this mode the vacuum power will adjust automatically basing on floor cleaness.
You can use carpet mode on floor. But becasue working power on carpet mode is big, working time will be reduced.
Floor mode working power is not big enough to efficiently clean carpet. It is recommended to use carpet mode to clean the carpet.

You can turn off or turn on voice by long pressing the voice button for over 3 seconds. But it is not recommned to turn off voice as it will remind you about how to use the product correctly.
The speak is located on the mainbody, not on the handheld vacuum cleaner. So when the handheld vacuum is used separately there is no voice.
JIMMY PW11 series has five language voice. You can press voice button to choose the language. Default language is English.
Yes, when machine is under charging status, you can turn on drying function by pressing mode button.
The drying takes totally 3 hours. The first 0.5 hour is full air path drying and the next 2.5 hours is silent floorhead drying.

JIMMY vacuum and washer can only use with cleaning solution that is not corrosive, no bubble and alcohol free.
Mixture ratio between cleaning solution and clean water is 1:50. One bottle cap of solution for one clean water tank.
The brushroll need to be replaced once it's worn out or when its cleaning effect greatly drops. And the HEPA filter is needed to be replaced around 3 to 6 months or when it is worn out.

Yes you can order electric mattress head T-CS12.0 for PW11.
EB117B and EB117C carpet brush are different in connector shape.
EB117B Carpet brush must be used together with metal tube and can only be used on PW11 series.
EB117C Carpet brush fits with mainbody of PW11 series, HW11 series, HW9 Pro Max directly and can be compatible with all these models and metal tube not needed.
We recommend storing the vacuum in the charging dock or on the wall-mounted dock that comes with the vacuum. You can place the main body of the vacuum on any flat surface.
If not using the device for a long time, we suggest putting the battery in a cool and dry place. Please ensure that the battery is fully charged before storage and charge the machine at least every three months to refresh the battery.
JV51, JV53 LITE, JV53, JV83: You can charge with the battery on machine or take out battery from the machine and charge it separately.
JV71, JV63, JV65, JV85, JV85 Pro: You can charge with the battery on machine with the charger in package.

No, the vacuum cannot be used to pick up liquid, it may caused blockage to filter. If liquid enters motor it may cause failure of motor.

Dust cup can be emptied from bottom.
If you want to wash the dust cup or the cyclones, press the dust cup release button and twist the dust cup to take it out to wash under water.
Use a coin to rotate the nozzle base release button, take out the brushroll gently. Clean the brushroll. If the brushroll is washed, please make sure it is completely dry before assembling it into nozzle.
Pull out the HEPA filter upwards, and gently tap it on trash can. After HEPA is cleaned put it back into dust cup.
The HEPA filter can be washed. Since frequent washing will reduce HEPA life, it is recommended that the HEPA filter is washed no more than once a month.
HEPA filter need to be changed after 3 to 6 months use basing on different using frequency and using environment.
The decreasing suction power is normally caused by blockage, please check and clean the dust cup, HEPA filter, brushroll, floorhead.
When you feel that the suction power of the device is reduced or the use time is shortened, you should clean the filter. HEPA needs completely dry before reuse.
Please check whether the vacuum cleaner has enough power or please check whether the parts like metal tube, electric floorhead are assembled correctly to the vacuum cleaner.
Please turn off the machine for 5 to 10 minutes, or check whether dirt cup and cyclone systems needs cleaning.
If the floor head is overloaded (for example, working on a carpet, too much hair is entangled in the brush roller), it may cause the brush roller to stop working. Please turn off the machine for 5 to 10 minutes, or clean the brush roller.
If the dust cup is full of garbage, or the filter is clogged, or the air passage of the floor head is blocked, this may be caused. Please empty and clean the dust cup, clean or replace the filter, and clean the air passage of the floor head.
Please re-plug charger to machine and power socket.
It may be caused by the aging of the battery, please replace the battery.
