Guide of Return A Product
JIMMY stands behind the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team, hoping that each and every customer expectation is met and exceeded. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase experience within 14 days, we are happy to help with a replacement or refund (This valid purchase is only available for the JIMMY.EU website).
For product purchased from JIMMY.EU:
- Within 14 calendar days of the purchasing with an order number on JIMMY.EU, you can request return & refund service without providing any reason and you shall be responsible for the return shipping fee;
- Within 14 calendar days of purchasing with an order number on JIMMY.EU, if the product has a manufacturing defect, you can contact the JIMMY customer service team at email@example.com to request a return & refund service. JIMMY will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Within 14 calendar days of receiving the return package, we will refund the original purchase price via your original method of payment.
For product purchased not from JIMMY.EU:
Please refer to the return & refund policy of the platform or buying store. For more details, you can contact the seller to confirm specific terms and conditions.
*Please note: This website only accepts the true purchase from JIMMY.EU. This means if you got one product from other sales like Amazon, Aliexpress, or Geekbuying, Geekmaxi, etc. You should ask for a return from them, not from JIMMY.EU.
Any item that is returned to JIMMY must be in its original packaging and include any accessories included with the item (batteries, chargers, manuals, etc.). The product must be able to be completely repackaged with the original packaging. In the return package, include the merchandise, along with a copy of the invoice or order confirmation. On the outside of the package, secure the return label, verify all the contents are included in the return package, and seal the package. You can refer to these steps:
- When applying for the return of a product, please provide valid proof-of-purchase, order number, receipt, or invoice.
- The returned goods should be packed in good condition, and the labels and various logos of the returned goods and accessories show no signs of tampering or alteration. If there are any gifts, please return them with the goods.
- When returning the goods, please return the full set of goods (including the original packaging, all accessories, and gifts) with valid proof-of-purchase, order number, receipt, or invoice. The relevant payee shall be responsible for the refund.
- Unauthorized return or cash on delivery without the seller’s consent will be rejected.
