JIMMY provides a limited commercial warranty for products purchased on www.jimmy.eu only, in accordance with the terms below. For most products, the commercial warranty period is twenty-four (24) months. Detailed warranty periods and coverage for different product categories and components are set out in the Warranty Guide below. This warranty does not affect any mandatory statutory rights under applicable law. In Spain, consumers may have a statutory legal guarantee of three (3) years for new consumer goods under applicable Spanish law.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If your product develops a defect during the applicable warranty period, please contact us at support@jimmy.eu. We will send you a return/warranty request form. Once the request has been reviewed and approved, the product may be returned for inspection, repair, or replacement, as appropriate.
To process your claim, please provide:
- a description of the issue;
- photos or a short video showing the defect;
- the product serial number (if applicable); and
- proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation in PDF or image format).
We aim to respond within 48 business hours.
Scope of the Warranty
If a defect is confirmed and it falls within the applicable warranty coverage, JIMMY will, in accordance with applicable law and as appropriate:
- repair the product;
- replace the defective product or part; or
- provide another appropriate remedy where repair or replacement is not possible or reasonable.
If, after inspection, the defect is found to have been caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, or any other cause not attributable to a manufacturing or material defect, the repair may be treated as out-of-warranty. In such cases, JIMMY may provide a quotation for repair, including labor, materials, and return shipping costs. These costs shall be borne by the customer if the customer chooses to proceed.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply in any of the following situations:
- the applicable warranty period has expired;
- the product has been used improperly, negligently, or contrary to the user manual or intended purpose;
- the defect results from accidental damage, misuse, abuse, impact, liquid damage (unless the product is specifically designed for such exposure), or improper storage;
- the product has been altered, modified, disassembled, or repaired by unauthorized persons;
- the product has been used with accessories, attachments, consumables, software, or firmware not approved or supported for that product;
- the defect results from normal wear and tear, including the normal aging of consumable parts;
- the serial number has been removed, altered, or is illegible;
- the customer cannot provide valid proof of purchase from www.jimmy.eu.
Nothing in the above exclusions shall limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
