R9 Troubleshooting

Please check the following issues before sending to the designated repair offices.

Trouble Possible cause Solution
The screen doesn't light, and the  machine doesn't make water ● The machine is not plugged in ● Plug the power plug in
The flow of clean water is very small or no water production ● The filter exceeds its service life or is blocked ● Replace filter
● Whether the power supply voltage of the power supply connection is consistent with the rated voltage indicated on the nameplate ● Switch to a power supply with the same rated voltage
● The pump is not working ● Contact the official after-sales service
● Check if the raw water temperature is too low ● Use raw water that meets the water temperature requirements
The water purifier does not produce hot water ● The hot water temperature is not selected ● Refer to " Take hot water "
● The water level in the pure water cup is below the minimum water level ● After the water level of the pure water cup reaches a higher level, taking hot water again
Odor ● The filter exceeds its service life ● Replace filter
● The purifier has not been used for a long time ● Follow the user manual to flush the device and clean the raw water tank and the pure water cup
The pure water TDS value remains unchanged at 30 ● The raw water has not been replaced ● Replace the raw water and remake water
● The filter exceeds its service life ● Replace filter
The water purification indicator" 1" flashes ● The pure water cup is not installed in place ● Take out the pure water and install it back to the machine

Notes: If any other failures occurred, which need professional tools, in order to avoid danger, the machine must be repaired or replaced by manufacturer, other maintenance offices or professionals from similar offices.
