Cartridge Replacement Kit

This cartridge replacement set includes four filter cartridges for you to choose from: a microfiber and activated carbon composite filter, an RO membrane filter, an activated carbon mineralization filter and a strontium-enriched alkaline mineralization filter (replacing the original activated carbon mineralization filter). Together, they effectively eliminate 99.99% of harmful substances and heavy metals, ensuring you can enjoy mineral-rich purified water with complete peace of mind.

Composite Filter

The cartridge adopts a microfiber and activated carbon composite filter design, primary filtration, can effectively remove rust, sediment, suspended solids, residual chlorine, odor and color in the raw water.

High-Quality Reverse Osmosis Membrane Cartridge

The cartridge adopts high quality RO membrane cartridge, fine filtration, can effectively filter bacteria, PFAS (PFOS/PFOA), viruses, heavy metal ions, colloids, scale and residual chlorine in water. The filtered water is pure water and can be drunk directly.

Mineralization Filter Cartridge
Two distinct mineralization cartridge variants are available: the activated carbon mineralization cartridge and the strontium-enriched alkaline mineralization cartridge. The activated carbon mineralization filter cartridge boasts high adsorption capacity and rapid adsorption speed, effectively eliminating odors while enhancing the taste of purified water through mineralisation treatment. The strontium-enriched alkaline mineralization filter cartridge effectively enriches the mineral content in water—particularly increasing strontium concentration—further improving the taste of purified water.

Replacement Cycle

All 4 cartridges in this kit have different replacement intervals. The M2S, Q2S and Q2S-Sr have a replacement cycle of every 12 months, while the RO membrane filter is recommended to be replaced every 24 months. Note: Replacement intervals are highly dependent on the quality of your incoming water and the amount of water you use on a daily basis.

Quickly replace the cartridge in just 4 steps: first turn off the power, then remove the raw water tank and purifier top cover, rotate the cartridge to the unlocked position and then remove the cartridge. Q: How do I reset the cartridge life?

A: 1. Press and hold the 200℉/98℃ button for 5 seconds. The life indicators of cartridges one, two, and three will flash.

Press and hold the 110℉/45℃ button for 5 seconds to reset the filter lifetime of cartridge one; press and hold the 130℉/55℃ button for 5 seconds to reset the cartridge life of cartridge two; press and hold the 150℉/65℃ button for 5 seconds to reset the cartridge life of cartridge three. After completing the filter life reset, the corresponding cartridge life indicator will return to the full - cell state.
The flashing of the filter life indicator will automatically stop after 10 seconds, and no action is required.
